Studio and earnings
Studio Mode and Earnings: organize client projects
Studio Mode configures studio identity; PRO Earnings links amounts and payments to creative work. Distinguish collected and pending amounts, compare periods and export CSV to follow your operational position.
Activate Studio Mode
In your profile or initial setup, open Do You Run a Studio? and Turn On Studio Mode. Enter name, region, founding year, type and currency in available fields. Mode is associated with the account and can sync between connected computers. Later studio-profile editing may require PRO; check the gate shown by the app.
Your studio profile on StudioBanks
Activating Studio Mode is also available in Free and creates your StudioBanks studio profile through the connected account. The profile makes your studio discoverable in the catalog. The first mode activation offers a guided tour of the profile, Earnings and catalog. Initial details include name, region, founding year and studio type; complete available plan fields on the website.
Studio profiles and earnings recording have separate access rules. Editing the profile after activation and managing fees require PRO in the current controls. Check the profile and synchronization status before assuming the public listing has updated.
Work signals and the Studio Sicuro score
With Studio Mode active, the app normally sends three aggregates at most once a day: production hours and projects created in the past 90 days, and active weeks in the past 12 weeks. This synchronization feeds the Studio Sicuro score on StudioBanks. It does not include project names, paths, plugin lists or amounts from Earnings.
Hours are estimated by attributing part of each project’s work to the time window; active weeks depend on creation and last-modification dates. Recognized backups and copies are excluded. The score describes activity signals rather than certifying artistic quality or billable hours. Others see the percentage score; any visibility of more detail is managed on StudioBanks.
Connect client, project and fee
Before recording an amount, assign the project an artist or client, job tags and updated status. Choosing the right session avoids attributing a fee to the wrong demo or copy. A collection can group deliveries for one client. Keep a separate note when a job includes activity without a project file.
Record or edit an earning
- Open the project and use Mark as Sold or Edit Earning where available.
- Enter the amount and required details using your configured currency.
- Distinguish received payments from amounts still pending.
- Open Earnings and check that the entry and status are correct for the selected period.
Collected, pending and trends
Cards separate paid and pending amounts and show the average per paid project and other summaries. The chart compares periods; All Entries and To Collect help inspect individual records. Changing the period changes the sample; percentage comparisons only make sense with consistent records, currency and criteria.
Export CSV and read the VAT calculation
Use CSV to export available data and check dates, amounts, status and currency in the file. The VAT panel applies the configured calculation and can separate net amount and VAT. This is arithmetic on entered data; it does not determine applicable tax treatment or rate. The operational record does not automatically issue invoices or verify bank payments.
A useful studio review
At the end of the week, review delivered projects, received payments and pending entries. Manually update changes and retain an export when needed for your administrative process. Turning off Studio Mode and deleting data are different operations; read the app message before changing configuration.
Frequently asked questions
Does Wolflow automatically collect payments?
No. Earnings tracks amounts and status you record. Actual payment uses your normal payment channel.
Is the CSV a project backup?
No. It exports register data; sessions, media and audio or video exports need separate copies.
Try it with your next project
